Loyalty
We have a customers loyalty program for all those guests staying in our apartments, subject to the following rules:

  • PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM: Automatically participate in the program, without registration, all customers that hire bookings, which ultimately are enjoyed and not canceled.

  • PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM: Every customer will hold a virtual account with loyalty points, with which can get free nights. Points can't be exchanged for any other service.

  • EARNING POINTS: It will get loyalty points for every booking formalized through any sales channel, getting points for rental amount and for nights of accommodation, according to the following table:

    - 1$ (dollar USA) of rental = 1 point
    - 1 night of accommodation = 2 points

    For example: A stay of 15 nights for 630$, will earn 630 points for 630$ + 30 points for 15 nights = 660 points in total.

    IMPORTANT: To calculate the points awarded for amounts, only taken into account the rental income actually paid, therefore excludes discounts, the amounts resulting from service and cleaning fees, transfers from/to the airport, payment of electricity consumption or other expenses, unrefunded deposits, etc...

    WARNING: Not entitled to receive points for rent amount nor nights of accommodation, those stays that have been subject to retention of some or all of the deposit, either by impairment of items, abuse of furniture, or any other similar reason.

  • EXPIRY OF POINTS: The points for each stay will be awarded with value to de departure date, having a shelf life of 24 months from that day. Unredeemed points at 24 months of its grant, will be deducted from the customer's point account, not necessary notification for this. At the end of each stay will be sent a report to the client, in which will be informed of the status of his points account, with a detail of all the points previously obtained, expiration date of each of them as well as the total accumulated points.

  • REDEMPTION OF POINTS: The points earned by ecah client can be redeemed at any moment for free nights at any season of year, according to the following table:

    - 500 points = 1 free night on a minimum stay of 5 nights
    - 900 points = 2 free nights on a minimum stay of 10 nights
    - 1500 points = 4 free nights on a minimum stay of 20 nights

    ATTENTION: Points can only be redeemed by hiring a booking through the telephone +34639835533 (WhatsApp), e-mail addrees info@cariberentur.com, contacting the Skype-ID CaribeRenTur, or using the booking online tools of the websites http://www.cariberentur.com or http://www.facebook.com/cariberentur, not being possible to make it through any other channel. To do this, a maximum of 72 hours after the formalization of the booking, the client should inform of how many points that wants to redeem, subtracting subsequently the amount of the free nights from the total of booking. Points are deducted from customer's account at the same instant, and the cancellation won't entitle to refund of the consumed points. The amount of nights with cost will be calculated based on the prevailing rates at the time of booking, including any discounts or offer seasons.

  • BOOKINGS WITH FREE NIGHTS: Free nights of a stay shall not entitle the granting of new points, however will be entitled to add points by the nights with cost and the corresponding amount of rent. The stays with free nights are subject to the same policy as other bookings in terms of service and cleaning fees, transportations, electricity consumption and other expenses, deposits, etc....

  • COMBINATION OF REDEMPTIONS: It can make a maximum of two redemptions in the same booking, adding the minimum stays of each redemption. For example:

    - If a customer has 2000 points could make one redemption of 1500 points for 4 free nights + 1 redemption of 500 points for 1 free night (a total of 5 free nights). In this case, it will be neccesary booking a minimum stay of 20 nights for the redemption of 1500 points + 5 nights for the redemption of 500 points (a total of 25 nights)
    - If a customer has 3000 points could make 2 redemptions of 1500 points for 4 free nights (a total of 8 free nights). In this case, it will be neccesary booking a minimum stay of 20 nights for each redemption of 1500 points (a total of 40 nights)

  • OWNERSHIP OF THE POINTS: Points can not be exchanged, donated, assigned or join between customers, although it will allow a customer to make bookings with his points on behalf of another person. Also, it won't be allow the combination of points of different customers in a single booking.

  • DURATION OF THE PROGRAM: This program will last indefinitely, but may be canceled at any time by notice via email to all customers who have at least 500 points with a notice of at least six months before the date on which the program will be no longer valid. Not necessary communication to customers with less than 500 points, which will be supplemented by a notice posted on http://www.cariberentur.com and/or on http://www.facebook.com/cariberentur. Unredeemed points to the expiration date of the program will be automatically canceled, although bookings with points can be made until the last day effective, even if the entry date is later than that day.
