Additional guests: The standard rate includes up to 2 adults + 1 baby (<2 years) who can stay without cost in the available cradle. From the next guest, the standard rate will be increased with a supplement per additional guest and night. Pets: A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed with a charge for each animal (one-time fee per stay). Security deposit: A security deposit will be requested which will be refunded on departure after checking the condition of the apartment. The amount of this deposit will depend on the length of stay. Supplies: The rates include community charges, water, tv-cable and internet-wifi. For stays till 90 nights it's included a daily power consumption up to 10 kWh, and the excess of consumption will be paid by the tenant. For stays over 90 nights no electricity is included. No more costs associated (with exceptions).
