If you have a vehicle, there is a free parking just 10 meters from the door of the building, therefore you only have to walk very little when you have to carry shopping or luggage.

The apartment measures 60 m2 and consists of a kitchen-lounge-dining room, a boxroom, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The layout and the different rooms are detailed in the plane of the image.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook. A ceramic hob stove 3 burners.

You have a pretty big refrigerator with a freezer on top. Plus you have a microwave, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, sandwicher, and of course several pots, frying pans and enamelware for daily cooking. Finally, there is a sink 2 bowls and a dish rack.

Available to clean a mop and a broom, and for whasingclothes you have an iron and ironing board.

At the opposite side is the lounge area with a comfortable sofabed. As sofa, can seat up to 3 people to relax or watch TV comfortably. As bed, can sleep 2 adults using the same sheets that the bed of the room.

On either side of the sofabed exists two extra tables that can be used as coasters when sitting comfortably watching TV, or as bedside tables when used for sleeping.

The air conditioning and ceiling fans are used to refresh the entire stay at a comfortable temperature.

In the dining there is a table and chairs for 6 people. There are tablecloths and napkins, and crockery, cutlery and glassware for all.

Next to the table there is a book in which is placed a flat screen TV 32'', with over 200 channels in different languages and different themes.

Under the television, there is a cordless telephone with which you can make calls to local and national landlines, and landlines and mobiles in the United States and Puerto Rico. This courtesy service has no cost, although calls to other destinations are not allowed.

In the same closet, for leisure, you have casino games, French and Spanish cards, ludo, chess, trivial, monopoly and many more.

Entering into the most private area of the apartment, you find a dealer that has a small boxroom. It locates the water heater in the upper part (with independent switch), and washer with water intake and drain to the bottom.

In the same place, you can find several camping coolers to bring food and drink that you want to the beach and not have to go back and forth to residential, making better use of daylight hours, and an umbrella, a couple of folding beach chairs and a backpack with crockery and cutlery that can also be used to bring it to the beach or if you want to hike somewhere and want to take something to can eat.

The bedroom has a double bed, along with 2 matching night tables and a floor lamp in each one. In one of the tables lies a digital alarm clock radio, to program when you want to wake up.

It has a commode with several drawers, with a matching mirror, a 32'' TV and a cordless telephone.

As in the lounge, there is also much air conditioning as ceiling fan, to hot nights don't pose a problem.

The windows have mosquito nets to prevent unwelcome visitors while resting or ventilating the room.

The closet is large enough to hold what you carry luggage, with a chest of 4 drawers, shelves, plenty of hangers and a bucket for laundry.

Inside the closet you have an electronic safebox with digital open/close system, to save the setting valuables opening with your own code.

Additional elements are a supplementary sofabed for 1 adult or 2 small children, a folding cradle with wheels for a baby up to 2 years old, with mattress, protectors, sheets, pillows and mosquito net, which is supplemented with a small plastic tub to bathe baby comfortably.

The bathroom has a sink, a bidet, a toilet and a shower.

A large mirror is located above the sink, which has shelves on the sides and a medicine box. Hairdryer on the wall, with a retractable mirror of several increases, a towel support, a soap dish and a toothbrush cup.

Above the toilet is a shelf with towel racks, bidet next to a cornerback for boats and soaps.

The telescopic shower has its own corner shelf.

The bathroom lighting is twofold, providing not only a fixture on the ceiling, but also lighting in the mirror of the sink.

As additional elements, there are a couple of stools and a bathroom scale.

The existing small window has mosquito net so you can leave open and ventilate the bathroom without entering insects.

The balcony is accessed from the living room through a double sliding glass doors that have mosquito nets to exit and leave the door open and insects don't get inside.

On the roof there is a lamp with a orbital fan, to prevent excess heat is being an impediment to occasionally leave.

With a set of outer circular table and 4 chairs, is an ideal place to eat or have a drink if the heat don't overwhelm, while enjoying the view of the pool.

There is a wood/charcoal barbecue for those who like grilling, a couple of rocking chairs and a table to relax comfortably while having a drink.

Finally, you have a clothesline for drying the laundry.
